Outlaws and hipsters alike seem to be smitten with Jelly, a fiery young Twin Cities girl whose voice and stage presence echo the great Janis Joplin, and her band of burly, bearded boys who lay down the funk like their life depends on it. The fact that this rag tag group stumbled into writing some of the most poignant and moving rock of 2012 should be duly noted.

Songwriter and troubadour Troi Atkinson's roots originate from life in the Ozarks. The influence of the hills of Arkansas carved out the melodies which form a downright old-school homegrown flavor. Atkinson’s life story and travels as a globetrotting solider and sailor have inspired his use of unique rhythms.
